NSS UNIT
The National Service Scheme (NSS) at Lilavati Lalji Dayal College of Commerce was established with the aim of developing the spirit of social service, leadership, and responsibility among students. Inspired by the motto “Not Me, But You”, the NSS encourages youth to dedicate their time and energy toward community welfare and nation-building.
Objectives
To develop a sense of social and civic responsibility among students.
To identify the needs and problems of the community and involve students in problem-solving activities.
To promote national integration and the spirit of selfless service.
To build leadership qualities, discipline, and teamwork among volunteers.
To cultivate empathy and compassion through meaningful community engagement.

The NSS Unit organizes a variety of impactful activities throughout the year, such as:
Cleanliness Drives under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
Tree Plantation Campaigns and Environmental Awareness programs
Blood Donation Camps and Health Check-up Camps
Awareness Rallies on issues like Gender Equality, Road Safety, and Anti-Drug Campaigns
Workshops on First Aid, Disaster Management, and Mental Health
Visits to Orphanages, Old Age Homes, and NGOs
Annual Special Camp in nearby villages promoting rural development and social awareness
